We are looking for a Junior Business Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing freelance accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining strong communication to close deals. A solid understanding of freelancing platforms, bidding strategies, and digital service offerings is essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain freelance profiles with consistent activity and quality proposals.
  • Identify and evaluate new project opportunities aligned with company services (web development, design, marketing, etc.).
  • Craft custom, persuasive proposals and cover letters to improve conversion rates.
  • Communicate effectively with leads and clients to clarify requirements and close deals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active bids and follow up regularly to convert prospects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to scope accurate timelines and budgets for proposals.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to refine bidding strategies.
  • Ensure profile and job history is consistently updated, optimized, and reflective of the agency’s strengths.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports on bids, responses, and conversions for management review.
