Role Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Developer to lead our client acquisition efforts on freelancing platforms such as Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, writing winning proposals, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities through freelancing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients.
  • Create compelling, customized proposals and bid effectively to secure projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Analyze platform algorithms and trends to improve visibility and win rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to craft service offerings that align with market demands.
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to bidding, project acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Maintain and optimize company profiles across freelancing platforms to enhance branding and conversion rates.
  • Mentor and guide junior business developers (if applicable).
